Wichita falls firefighters labored the scene of a cell household fireplace in the 3100 block of 9th Street Tuesday early morning.
According to Wichita Falls Fire Department Assistant Fireplace Marshal Jodie Ashlock, all around 6 a.m., firefighters responded to a composition fireplace in a cellular residence group on 9th Avenue. They observed large hearth and smoke coming from one particular of the mobile households.
WFFD Fire Marshal Cody Melton reported, firefighters attempted to hook up to a fireplace hydrant, but it was not operating. A second hearth motor was used and firefighters worked to include the blaze.
